Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return a product, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code.
How to proceed
Contact us at livocreation.contact@gmail.com stating your order number. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days of your request.
Return costs
Return costs are at your expense, unless the product received is defective, damaged or not in conformity with your order, in which case the costs are fully covered.
Refund
The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as that used during the purchase.
Products damaged upon delivery
Our glass products are shipped in reinforced packaging. If you notice any damage upon receipt, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging, so that we can proceed with a quick exchange or refund.
