Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the LIVO website, published by Lucas Colier, sole proprietor, SIRET 941 710 295 00010. Any order placed on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Delivery costs are free, regardless of the destination.

3. Order

Orders are placed directly on the website. An order confirmation is sent by e-mail after payment validation.

4. Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of order, via a secure payment solution (Shopify Payments). Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, and PayPal. The banking data transmitted is encrypted and is never stored or accessible by the seller.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free for all destinations. Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days then shipped within 15 to 25 days depending on the destination, for an estimated total delivery time of 17 to 29 days between order and receipt.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Return shipping costs remain at your expense, unless the product is defective or non-compliant. Reimbursement occurs within 14 days following the receipt of the returned product, by the same payment method used during the order.

7. Legal guarantees

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
